Participate in monitoring and implementing works related to the setting up, adjustment, appraisal, approval and management of the Construction Master Plan, Pre-Feasibility Study, Basic Design, and Feasibility Study.
Participate in monitoring and implementing other procedures related to the Construction Master Plan, Investment and Construction of works under DEEP C Projects.
Participate in monitoring and implementing legal procedures for the Project, including Investment Policies, Investment Registration, Business Registration, etc.
Coordinate with the Project Manager to obtain necessary permits/licenses for the projects (including client projects), follow up on permit/license requirements, and ensure all obligations are fulfilled.
Assist with land issues and Land Use Right Certificates for clients.
Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate Manager and the Board of Directors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Engineer’s degree in Construction, Technical fields, or related disciplines.
3–5 years of experience in a similar position.
English proficiency sufficient for job requirements (reviewing drawings, reports, and communication via discussions or email).
Strong understanding of construction, investment, and project development processes.
Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in Vietnam.
