Humans of DEEP C: Key to a lasting success

Kamil Toume once said: “The real competitive advantage in any business is one word only, which is people”. DEEP C got it right! 

I only arrived one year ago but it didn’t take me long to figure out that all DEEP C employees are part of a big family. And this company culture is, in my opinion, the best way to a lasting success.

From my very first week I’ve been impressed by the enthusiasm and the level of commitment of the team. This commitment, just as the experience acquired over the last 20 years, is a key ingredient in getting things done.

And the least I can say is that many nice things have been done in the last 12 months, at work: first plastic road in Vietnam, office building project with LEED gold certification, new greener drainage system, windmill and solar panels projects, dykes, warehouses projects with LEED silver certification, entrance gates, wetland park,…

-  and also at human level : runs and trails with colleagues, monthly meeting after-parties, YMCA performance with the ENG team at the year-end party (really…), long weekends in this beautiful country, Thursday football matches and fundraising for the Movember foundation (I never imagined that my colleagues would play the game of growing their mustache for a month...).
