On Dec 8, 2024, DEEP C Industrial Zones, in collaboration with the HEZA Youth Union, hosted DEEP C Job Fair 2024 at DEEP C 2 Industrial Zone.The event featured participation from 25 prominent companies, including Pegatron, Tesa, Shinet-su, Assa Abloy, Knauf, etc. offering more than 1,000 job openings across various fields and experience levels, positions ranged from engineers and accountants to logistics staff, technicians, manual workers, and interns.

The event attracted around 800 attendees, predominantly final-year students from universities, colleges, and vocational schools in Haiphong, as well as residents. In addition to in-person recruitment at company booths, employers provided valuable insights into their businesses, outlined available job openings, and offered guidance on resume writing. Job seekers also had the opportunity to engage directly with recruiters to discuss career prospects.

As part of the program, attendees were treated to a talkshow with CEO of John Hunt recruitment company - a content creator - an inspirational speaker of Thai Ha, who offered advice on how to stand out to employers by leveraging personal identity.
