Starting November 2024, Bac Tien Phong Industrial Zone Service Complex (DEEP C Quang Ninh) has officially commenced operations, marking a significant milestone in enhancing facilities and creating a modern, convenient business environment for enterprises and workers in the industrial zone. In 2025, DEEP C plans to roll out a series of new services, including: 

• DEEP C Firefighting Unit: Equipped with three fire trucks and a team of 20 firefighters on duty 24/7, the unit is ready to respond to any emergencies, ensuring the safety of the industrial zone.
• Standard Medical Station: In collaboration with one of the province's largest hospitals, the medical station will provide professional first aid services and swift response to emergency situations.
• Multi-functional office building: Serving as the headquarter for the Management Board, the building also provides flexible office spaces for rent. Currently, 300m² has been utilized by Solex as temporary office space during theirconstruction phase.
• Comprehensive support services: These include office rentals and partnerships with providers of dining services, banking, and business consulting. Notably, dining services are prioritized for launch in the first half of 2025 to promptly meet the demands of businesses and employees.
