Duties/Responsibilities:

      • Báo cáo tiến độ công việc hàng ngày cho Cấp quản lý/giám sát trực tiếp;
      • Báo cáo các sự cố và nguy cơ sự cố cho Cấp quản lý/giám sát trực tiếp;
      • Đề xuất các cải tiến chung cho Cấp quản lý/giám sát trực tiếp để nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ mà DEEP C cung cấp cho khách hàng;

Mô tả công việc

• Quản lý, kiểm soát công việc bảo vệ, tuần tra an ninh, tính toán hiệu suất công tác an ninh hàng ngày (thiết lập, vận hành, nâng cấp và sửa chữa các thiết bị hệ thống P2MS).
• Tuần tra, phát hiện rác, chất thải, phế liệu, nguy cơ ô nhiễm môi trường trên các tuyến đường, đường nội bộ, mương thoát nước, hào tiện ích, hố ga, hàng rào, giải phân cách, khu vực cây xanh, đất chưa giao cho khách hàng, đê, biển…thuộc Deep C quản lý (báo cáo chi tiết trên hệ thống EHS theo mỗi ca trực và báo trực tiếp cho cấp trên trực tiếp).

• Quản lý, kiểm soát nhà cung cấp dịch vụ bảo vệ.
• Thực hiện, lập báo cáo trên phần mềm MCS - PPM Patrolling Task hàng ngày (báo cáo chi tiết và hình ảnh ngày giờ).
• Nhận định, triển khai các nhiệm vụ phòng ngừa mới (an ninh trật tự chung, an toàn lao động, bảo hộ lao động, vệ sinh môi trường và điều hành giao thông trong khu công nghiệp).
• Đưa ra các nhiệm vụ khắc phục, phòng ngừa hàng ngày (các biện pháp phòng ngừa, phương án tối ưu và phù hợp nhất với thực tế).
• Nắm chắc tình hình an ninh trật tự chung, các phần tiện ích quản lý, các tài sản và quyền của Deep C.
• Hiểu biết rõ các vị trí, khu vực đất đã được bàn giao cho khách hàng và nhận bàn giao đất từ Phòng dự án. Phối hợp với các phòng khác giải quyết các tranh chấp giữa các khách hàng giáp ranh hoặc với Deep C, và giữa DEEP C với người dân địa phương.
• Nắm chắc các nội quy, quy định của khu công nghiệp và chấp hành thực hiện nghiêm túc công bằng với các khách hàng và nhà thầu vi phạm.
• • Đảm bảo an ninh an toàn tuyệt đối cho Deep C; Yêu cầu tất cả nhân viên các phòng/ban tại hiện trường thực thi đầy đủ các biện pháp an toàn lao động và bảo hộ lao động.
  • Liên hệ với các cơ sở, đơn vị khác, nắm bắt thông tin các khu vực xung quanh khu công nghiệp để có các phương án dự phòng đảm bảo an ninh an toàn và các quyền lợi khác của Deep C.

• • Operation of Solar and Wind Turbine Projects:

    • Ensure maximum efficiency during the operation of RE projects to achieve budgeted results.
