LIFE AT DEEP C

Do you know what HR stands for?

It’s Heart Rate!

Human Resources is the work of the heart. Proud to be an HR officer of DEEP C, I believe that my mission which starts from my beating heart is spreading the love in our company and inspiring people to love DEEP C more.

We share love, express love. I and my team know that DEEP C always focuses on people, so we are here for people, for hearts & love.

Dang Thu Hang

Human Resources Officer

One thing that has remained unchanged to me so far is that I am lucky to work for DEEP C. I truly am. On my first days here, I found that everyone is much better than me. Even my younger colleagues are better than me to some aspects. That is why I have been trying hard in everything I do, on every single day I spend so that people will recognize my effort one day. I believe that as long as I keep on trying, the hard work will pay off.

Le Hoang Yen

Business Development Officer

I only arrived one year ago but it didn’t take me long to figure out that all DEEP C employees are part of a big family. And this company culture is, in my opinion, the best way to a lasting success. From my very first week I’ve been impressed by the enthusiasm and the level of commitment of the team. This commitment, just as the experience acquired over the last 20 years, is a key ingredient in getting things done

Many nice things have been done in the last 12 months, workwise: first plastic road in Vietnam, new greener drainage system, windmill and solar panels projects, warehouses projects with LEED silver certification, entrance gates, wetland park,…And at human level: runs and trails with colleagues, dance performance with engineering team at year-end party, Thursday football matches, fundraising for the Movember foundation. I never imagined that my colleagues would play the game of growing mustache for a month
