Duties/Responsibilities:

          • Tham gia giám sát và triển khai các công việc liên quan đến việc thiết lập, điều chỉnh, thẩm định, phê duyệt và quản lý Quy hoạch Xây dựng tổng thể, Nghiên cứu tiền khả thi, Thiết kế cơ sở, Nghiên cứu khả thi.

          Participate in monitoring and implementing works related to the setting up, adjustment, appraisal, approval and management of the Construction Master Plan, Pre-Feasibility Study, Basic Design, Feasibility Study.

          • Tham gia giám sát và triển khai các thủ tục khác liên quan đến Quy hoạch Xây dựng tổng thể, Đầu tư và Xây dựng các công trình thuộc Dự án DEEP C.

          Participate in monitoring and implementing other procedures related to the Construction Master Plan, Investment and Construction of works under DEEP C Projects.

          • Tham gia giám sát và thực hiện các thủ tục pháp lý cho Dự án, bao gồm Chính sách đầu tư, Đăng ký đầu tư, Đăng ký kinh doanh, v.v.

          Participate in monitoring and implementing Legal procedures for the Project, including Investment policies, Investment Registration, Business Registration, etc.

          • Phối hợp với Quản lý dự án để làm giấy phép cần thiết cho các dự án (bao gồm các dự án của khách hàng), theo dõi các yêu cầu để xin cấp giấy phép và đảm bảo thực hiện các yêu cầu.

          Coordinate with the Project Manager by obtaining necessary permits/licenses for the projects, follow up with the requirements of the permits/licenses, and ensure all obligations are fulfilled.

          • Hỗ trợ giải quyết các vấn đề đất đai và Giấy chứng nhận quyền sử dụng đất cho khách hàng.

          Assist with land issues and Land Use Right Certificate for clients.

          • Các công việc khác được giao bởi Trưởng phòng, HĐQT.

          Other works assigned by the immediate Manager, BODs.

Requirements

            • Bằng cử nhân hoặc kỹ sư chuyên ngành xây dựng, kỹ thuật, hoặc các ngành liên quan.

            Bachelor's degree or Engineer's degree in Construction, Technical or related fields.

            • 3 – 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm công việc tương tự.

            3 - 5 years of experience working in a similar position.

            • Tiếng Anh đáp ứng được yêu cầu công việc (đọc bản vẽ, báo cáo, giao tiếp bằng trao đổi hoặc email).

            English language proficiency that meets the job requirements (review drawing, report, direct communication or by email).

            • Có kiến thức về xây dựng, đầu tư, và các quy trình phát triển dự án.

            Strong understanding of construction, investment, and project development processes.

            • Có kiến thức về luật và các quy định liên quan.
            Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations in Vietnam.

I never imagined that my colleagues would play the game of growing mustache for a month
