The Infrastructure Supervisor in DEEP C will oversee the infrastructure, utility system and green zone of DEEP C IZ.

Duties / Responsibilities:

      • Infrastructure:
      • Daily patrol & check road, fence, drainage system, hydrants, green zone, utility trench, manholes, watch tower, culverts, sluice gate, open ditch, signboards….
      • Make plan and cost estimation and supervise repair, maintenance items, following company process/ procedures;
      • Check client/contractor’s documents, submit to superior for granting Entrance permit and PTW, follow up and settle raising items after granted;
      • Execute MCS – PPM Task and reports;
      • Daily report on internal, external workers;
      • Plan for typhoon prevention by yearly;
      • Report on illegal occupancy;
      • Take over projects handed over from Engineer Dept and hand over to Security company for controlling DEEP C ‘s properties;
      • Supervise and report on recovery of damaged items on utilities;
      • Work out daily preventive measures (Maintenance);
      • Take part in fire prevention and fire rescue;

      II - Greenzone:

      • Instruction to greenzone workers to do care taking to grass, trees on utilities include center line, walkway, roundabout ….
      • Instruction to garbage collecting on utilities;
      • Check and solve status of insects, ant, worms;

      Keep all roads of industrial zone clean always;

Requirements

    • Graduated from Civil Engineer;
    • 3 years or more working in construction site;
    • Team supervision experience of 10~20 workers is an advantage;
    • Technical knowledge is a plus;
    • Be pro-active;
    • Good mindset about safety risk identification and safety management;
    • Good verbal and written communication skills;
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate;
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment;
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software such as Auto cad Drawing & Design.
